Our trainers

A good lesson is fun and engaging, and the trainer is key to creating this learning environment. We select our trainers carefully, valuing both their education and experience of professional communication in intercultural contexts.

One of the key elements of our quality management is the regular observation of our lessons. Trainers receive individual coaching based on these results as well as the feedback from our regular participant surveys.

Continuous development is also supported by internal workshops, newsletter and e-learning modules.
