Certified Foreign Language Correspondent is a qualification widely recognised in Germany. With this certification you have proven proficiency in the following skills in English as a foreign language:
- Ability to present and discuss economic processes and developments at a high level
- Business correspondence based on transactions and specific themes
- A well-developed vocabulary and a good command of grammar
- Translation German to English and English to German
inlingua Frankfurt will prepare you for the IHK examination in a special preparatory course. The courses take place as a group course with 6-9 participants. All participants must take an entrance test as part of registration to ensure they have the necessary prior knowledge.
Course length: duration 12 months
Frequency: 4 x 45-minute teaching units per week, either as one or split between two appointments.
Price
170 € per month
Plus an initial administration fee of 25 € and 64 € for your learning materials. The fee for the IHK examination is paid separately.

The preparatory courses start in spring and autumn to coordinate with the examination dates at the Frankfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
