Terms and Conditions
1. The registration is only valid upon receipt of the registration fee.
2. On the examination day the participant must present valid state-issued ID in the form of a passport or identity card.
3. The agreed examination date cannot be postponed by the participant. The fee for an examination not taken due to illness or any other reason is forfeited.
4. Mobile phones and all other devices and means of communication must be handed over to the exam invigilators before the examination.
5. The exam rules and general terms and conditions of telc GmbH apply, which by registering you agree to comply with. Both can be downloaded at https://www.telc.net/sprachpruefungen/zertifikatspruefung/agb-pruefungsordnung/. We refer to: Examination Regulations in particular to §5 (Unauthorised aids) and §6 (Cheating).
6. The participant will receive the examination results by post from inlingua after the evaluation by telc.
7. Please note that we carefully verify the identity of all participants during an ID check before the exam and will always call the police if there is a justified suspicion of identity fraud.

Your data will be used for the purpose of processing your registration and verification as well as for customer service purposes in accordance with the statutory provisions and our privacy policy. This includes providing your data and examination documents to telc.
