German courses and examinations

We offer German courses as one-to-one courses or group training for all language levels. As an official TELC examination centre we have a schedule of regular TELC examinations at various levels. Our daily classes and evening courses are ideal preparation for TELC examinations. Our beginner courses start every 4-6 weeks according to demand.

If you have experience in speaking German, we ask that you take our free online placement test (duration approx. 30-40 mins) so that we can select the course that suits you best.

Daily ClassesComprehensive, intensive learning Monday to Friday 9:10am-12:30pm in groups with an average of 9-15 participants. Ideal preparation for daily and professional life in Germany, as well as for telc exams.

German language exams

Telc examinations are carried out in 20 countries. They are based on the Common European Framework of Languages (CEFR) and certify the ability to express oneself orally and in writing, as well as reading and listening comprehension. The certificates are recognised worldwide by governments, universities and companies as proof of proficiency in German.

inlingua Frankfurt is an official telc examination centre, so you can sit your exam at our school in Kaiserstrasse, whether or not you have taken a language course with is. The dates and registration deadlines for the various telc exams are listed on our website, see the links below.

This examination is a prerequisite for acquiring German citizenship and must be submitted with the application.
